The National Christian Multicultural Student Leaders Conference (NCMSLC), Inc., is an organization committed to:

• the development of multicultural student leaders through our annual Conference ( affectionately known as "Nickumslick")
• the professional development of diversity leaders through our annual Directors' Retreat and other Events
• providing support and funding to organizations who promote our mission and vision through grants and other funding
