Air Travel Discounts
Book your air travel to Atlanta with the following airline and receive a discount. American Airlines will give attendees a 5% discount off the lowest applicable air fare when you book your reservations by going to www.AA.com. You may also call American Airlines at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada and refer to the special promotional code 22H1BX.
Itineraries involving any oneworld or codeshare partner airline carriers, (except Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air) provide service, can be booked via the phone through American Airlines Meeting Services Department at 1-800-433-1790 for passengers calling from the US and Canada, or via your local AA reservations number for international attendees with your promotion code.
airTran Airways will give attendees a 10% discount off the lowest applicable airfare when you book your reservations by calling the EventSavers Reservation Line at 866-683-8368. Please refer to the special promotional code ATL110511. Please note that EventSaver Fares are not refundable. Attendees may make a one-time change or cancellation to the reservation without a cancellation/change fee. All subsequent changes will be subject to a change fee and any applicable fare difference. Please contact the EventSavers reservation line Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 9:00pm EST (excluding holidays).

MARTA
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is Atlanta's state-of-the-art public transportation system. MARTA is made up of a bus and rail system that connects all parts of Atlanta. If you are coming from the airport, MARTA has a rail station located at the north end of the airport, near the baggage claim. There is also a MARTA entrance located at the west entrance of the terminal entrance near the Ground Transportation Center. This service offers the quickest and least expensive way to get to and from Buckhead. A single fare of $2.25 covers one-way bus or train trips, including transfers. Taxis
A set fee prevails between the airport and the Central Business District. A special per-person rate applies for two or more passengers. Please visit the Ground Transportation Center's Island A in the Ground Transportation Center at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport or call (404) 209-4193 for more information.
