The Conference: what to expect

Each Conference has the following components:

Opening Session: This Conference begins with a gathering of students from colleges and universities throughout North America. This session provides an opportunity for all Conference staff and participants to collectively become acquainted, and most importantly, to pray for God's blessing upon the Conference.

Workshops: Each day several workshops are offered on important topics that address cultural, ethnic, and diversity challenges and opportunities, and a Christian response is included.

Keynote Speakers: Several keynote speakers are invited to speak on the theme for the annual Conference.

Ethicity Caucuses: Participants have the opportunity to discuss the topics of multiculturalism and ethnic diversity as they relate to their specific racial or ethnic background.

College Caucuses: Participants have the opportunity to discuss the topics of multiculturalism and ethnic diversty as they relate to their specific university or college.

Worship: There are several opportunities for individual and corporate worship throughout the Conference.

Co-Curricular Activities: Each year's activities vary depending on the location, facilities, and resources of the host college and its surrounding area.

Creative Expressions: Participants are asked to consider sharing a gift or talent with the Conference participants during this variety show. This is always an uplifting and entertaining part of the Conference.
