The Conference: what to expect
Each Conference has the following components:

This session provides an opportunity for all Conference staff and participants to collectively become acquainted, and most importantly, to pray for God's blessing upon the Conference.
Workshops: Each day several workshops are offered on important topics that address cultural, ethnic, and diversity challenges and opportunities, and a Christian response is included.
Keynote Speakers: Several keynote speakers are invited to speak on the theme for the annual Conference.
Ethnicity Caucuses: Participants have the opportunity to discuss the topics of multiculturalism and ethnic diversity as they relate to their specific racial or ethnic background.
College Caucuses: Participants have the opportunity to discuss the topics of multiculturalism and ethnic diversity as they relate to their specific university or college.
Worship: There are several opportunities for individual and corporate worship throughout the Conference.
Co-Curricular Activities: Each year's activities vary depending on the location, facilities, and resources of the host college and its surrounding area.
Creative Expressions: Participants are asked to consider sharing a gift or talent with the Conference participants during this variety show. This is always an uplifting and entertaining part of the Conference.
